Borgo La Caccia lies in the gently-rolling hills near Pozzolengo, Northern Italy, in an area wedged between the provinces of Brescia, Mantua and Verona, not far from the renown Garda Lake.
Our grapes grow in a total surface of 30 hectares.
They are all trained with guyot and spurred cordon systems, have high density (6250 to 9600 plants/ha) and are created with the latest agricultural techniques.
The grape varieties cultivated are Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Carménère, Pinot Noir as reds and Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris as whites.
We have passionately grown these grapes in total harmony with the environment, blending an ancestral love of the land with the latest technology and equipment.
Everything here has been created according to the highest quality concept: the wine cellar latest technology equipment, well merged with the tradition of the old wine-making techniques, and the expertise of well-known professionals such as the Oenologist Stefano Chioccioli, enable us to produce fine, harmonious wines displaying a perfect balance between the unique territory and the modern growing-techniques.
