Vegetables and herbs picked from Bio-farms or directly from mountains of Northwestern Greece, such as Voion, Pindos, Grammos and Vitsi, are dehydrated in a natural way during the hot days of the Greek summer, so as not to lose their aromas. Among many varieties of these products, we randomly mention the following:
i) Grevena Products: dehydrated nettle, wild nettle powder, wild garlic powder, chamomile, balsam gladiolus, wild mountain tea, onion, carrot, leak, red pepper powder, red pepper spice, red pepper powder (hot), hot red pepper spice, wild oregano, barbecue mix, pine seed cinnamon sticks, spinach, celery, parsley, garlic, spice mix.
