The following is our soft offer for Bitumen (60/70) & (85/100), These is our final prices without any commission to agents.
1. Our offer validity is one week.
2. Cash Sales, Price US$ 475/MT, for cash purchase, the buyer have to pay 10% of the Invoice value in advance, Balance 90% upon giving photocopy of BL after loading in FOB.
3. LC Sale, Price US$ 480/MT, for client purchase by LC, the price can be confirmed only when LC is opened.
Procedures:
1. Seller send Soft offer
2. Buyer issues ICPO to be signed by authorized signatory of the buyer.
3. Seller issues contract of sale and purchase to be signed by both parties.
4. Buyer pays advance for cash sales or opens LC within 2 days from contract date. LC should be transferable LC payable at FOB sight.
