Description：

Vacuum Blood Collection Tube Fully Automatic Assembly system is adopting domestic and imported technology, specially used for manufacturing both non-vacuum and vacuum blood collection tubes. Machine is high degree of automation, saving labor cost and time, greatly improve the production efficiency. From Tube Loading to Shrink Packing steps are fully automated. Automatic online checking system is equipped on the line and selectable for different customer’s requirement.

Features：
◆Tube Loading—Dust Absorption—Tube Reverse Checking--Reagent dosing (spray/Filling) —Drying system—Automatic adding cap—Vacuum Capping—Pick up Tubes onto Foam Rack—Test Tube Tray Recycling system; all the above steps automatically finished online.
◆High production efficiency, lower cost, only required 2—3 workers for operating the fully assembly system. Production capacity is reaching 18000pcs/ hour.
◆Completely Closed design, avoiding the outside affection, ensure the quality of blood collection tubes.
◆Each station equipped with sterilization device, makes production secure.
◆PLC controlled; working state or information will automatically feedback to the operation interface, easy and reliable.
◆Each station of the Fully Automatic Assembly system is monitored and visible on Computer Screen, makes production more reliable.
◆Caps lifter automatic induction and feeding caps; no need manually feeding the caps, saving labor and time.
◆Can be connected with the Automatic Online Checking System
◆Drying temperature, time is adjustable, precision is within ±2%

1. Suitable specification tube：13*75mm, 13*100mm PET tube/ Glass Tube; for 16*100mm tube, only by changing some accessories.
2. Caps: Round, flat shape caps can be used in same line.
3. Reagent dispensing Nozzles：2 Nozzles (Nordson EFD)
4. Filling or Spraying Precision: ≤3%
5. Vacuum Precision: ≤3％
6. Drying stations：4 stations
7. Production Capacity: 16000pcs/hour
