1.) Buyer issues the purchase
order or letter to intent with the

name / title.
C.) Quantities desired and
frequency of delivery.
D.) Logistic: Tank storage account
number, tank storage
coordinates, Pipeline account
number, pipeline coordinates, etc.
E.) How the buyer prefers to pay:
Wire, MT103, IDLC, IRDLC, ETC.
F.) Buyer issues a letter
authorizing seller, to register
buyer with the refinery, for the
specific order.

2.) Seller issues the commercial
invoice to the name of the buyer.

3.) Buyer confirms the existence
of the product within 24 hours.

4.) Payment and lifting schedule
as per agreement.
