Nowadays “Imperovo Foods” is the biggest in CIS countries and the most modern production of European model (equipment is provided by leading Danish producer). The production capacity of the plant is 3 millions eggs breaking per day.
Production process on the plant is represented by flexible and completely adjustable mechanism which gives the opportunity to produce the whole range of high quality egg products: whole egg powder, egg white powder (high whip and high gel), egg yolk powder; liquid egg products with adding salt, sugar and other ingredients on request.
Currently the factory is the biggest among the CIS countries, with monthly production capacity of 650 tons of dried egg products. Shorty after the factory launch, the ISO 22000:2005 (HACCP) certificate has been obtained, proving the highest level of food safety and quality control.
Our quality and stable microbiological product features have been successfully tested and now products continuously used among more than 100 local companies already, as well as almost 40 customers from Middle and Far East.
