We are a small Familly-run winery producing organic signature wines.
The Estate has 52 hectares of vineyards cultivated with the Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petit Verdot, Bobal, Tempranillo and Grenache Tintorera varieties, all in accordance with the Organic farming methodology.
The Estate is located to the northeast of the province of Albacete (Spain)
The quality of the wine is the main purpose of this house and a direct result of a quality control done from the vineyards to the bottle. The winegrower and winemaker are the same person.
The farm has an average yield of thirty hectoliters per hectare. This very low yield is necessary in order to obtain highly expressive, unique wines with a lot of personality and character, that can be differentiated from other wines in the same region.
The cultivation system focuses on the production of a very small grape, in order to obtain a greater amount of skin per kg of grape, and to increase the quality and concentration of the wine.
