We work with the 20 top Banks: Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt; Barclays Bank, London; Sumitomo Mitsui Bank, London; ABN AMRO Bank, Amsterdam; Commerzbank, etc.. Our Banking Instruments are cash backed and we issue all types of instruments for leasing. We operate in Dollars; Euros, Pounds, etc., and we issue the instruments for the normal banking systems; SWIFT; DTC; Euro clear; Clear stream, Bloomberg, etc.
The costs are:
From 10M to 100M: 2%
From 100M to 500M: 2%
From 500M to 1B 2%
Our procedure requires the applicant to complete the follow steps:
1.- Sign the agreement between the lessor and the lessee.
2.- Pay the fee in advance (we will not forgo the fees) 2% in escrow account with 1% release to our account to pay the banking fees.
3.- 4 to 5 banking days we will put the issue on screen.
4.- The Lender’s Bank must confirm the blocking and request the delivery Bank to Bank.
5.- We send the instrument Bank to Bank and confirm the delivery with a MT760.
We are regularly Selling: financial, consultation, financial instruments, insurance, tourism, import, export, lease, instruments.
We are regularly Buying: rubber, timber, crude oil, palm oil. |
