NO more TTMs. The bank officers do everything. Seller uses one of the Vice-Presidents in HSBC HK.
Discount is 9/6.
If settlement is Ledger-to-Ledger (ie the Buyer will use funds located in HSBC Hong Kong)
Under 5 years old with international hallmarks (Johnson and Matthey)
Simultaneous exchange of POF/POP. However, Buyer must be prepared to show POF before POP (there is no other way)
NO changes to the attached SPA will be allowed.
