International Forestry Ltd are Purchasing 300 Square Miles of Land and Timber
(Hardwood Forests) in Chile. Wes For International Forestry is receiving US$137,000,000 against the Property and Timber which is Appraised with a Land and Timber Evaluation of more than US$300,000,000.
The Mortgage Lender has requested that US$6,500,000 be put up as Deposits on the Property and US$8,500,000 would be repaid in about 60 days – 180 days
(Bonus, Interest and Pre-Payment Penalty- whether One month or Six months), when the Permanent.
Financing is Registered.
Security For this Loan would be 20 % of the Shares of Wes For International Forestry
would be “Held in an Escrow Account” to be released when the US$8,500,000 is
Repaid to the Lender. The Value of this Security would be in Excess of US$50,000,000.
