2. FCO signed + Draft
contract.
3. Hard copied contract signed.
4. buyer POF MT799 or Pre
-Advise to seller bank against
seller Non-Operative 2%
PB+partial POP upfront.
5.Buyer LC issuance to actived
seller 2% PB.
6. Shipment commence.
