Buyer issues LOI/ICPO with all info from Buyer + bank details of Buyer. 2. Seller's Mandate issues FCO - Buyer signs FCO and accept Seller's procedure. 3. Buyer issues ICPO and Bank Letter of Payment Guarantee (LPG) by SWIFT MT799 or MT760 to Seller's bank and Bank to Bank basis on the Beneficiary: 4. Seller issues Draft Contract and both parties sign the contract and follow by partly POP and full POP to Buyer's bank by Bank to Bank basis. (i) LPG SWIFT MT760, then partly POP once the LPG is received, confirmed and accepted by Seller's bank.
