Depending on how much HMS 1&2
you have, we would use either the
Chinese buying company or the
Vietnamese. The Chinese companies
are on hold for the moment, while
they wait for the local markets to
regain strength. The Vietnamese,
however, are currently looking for
material.
For the Vietnamese, we can do
up to 5,000mt per month, with
500mt minimum. The HMS 1&2
would be containerized and sent to
Haiphong. Prices need to be very
competitive due to the local markets
being greatly affected by the
Chinese. Payment terms for both
parties would be LC, with smaller
amounts for Vietnam having a TT
possibility (including possible down-
payments, instalments, etc.) There
is a good deal of flexibility, and we
have someone that can do
inspections and yard visits for us.
Please don't disregard my request
by thinking it is like the thousands
that your company (and I myself)
has seen from internet “brokers” and
so-called “businessmen.” Please let
us know what you have available.
