Our company CBEO (PTY) LTD is a commodities trading and brokering company that is registered and based in Botswana under the Botswana Companies Act (Cap 42:01). We deal both at national and international level with organisations encompassing private, parastatal and governmental organisations. We deal as intermediaries between importers (buyers) and exporters (suppliers) of commodities and products ranging from copper, steel, beef, crude oil, cement, locomotives and various other products.
Development is based on both supplier and buyer requirements. Our duty is to ensure that buyer and supplier are ad idem (in agreement) with the terms and conditions of contracts. We work on a contingency basis only i.e. there are no upfront fees or prepayments – commission is only earned on the successful closure of the deal. We normally prefer to deal with end buyers and end sellers or mandates to reduce the long unnecessary chain of brokers.
